This is an open site, but SPAMMERs, rouge advertisers, and people attacking other users like it is a game will be shut down and banned from future access. No it is not really a threat or a calling out. It is a CMS system, if you really want to try you can get on the system and by-pass any minimal security there is on the site it can be done; it is more of a reminder that posts and activities can, and will be, moderated on a fairly regular basis, and anything that I find unacceptable will be deleted without justification or rationalization.
