My latest business card design/template "Artist at Work" is now available over in my Zazzle store. It is created in such a way that if you select to "Customize" the layout you can replace the stock text with your personal information, and then select the paper format and style you would like to use in the creation of the cards. I have left the back of the cards completely blank if you want to add other additional info and not be locked down to a template.
